My name is Jon Sprinkle. I have been in many aspects of the real estate industry for almost 30 years. My journey started with my degree from The Ohio State University where I graduated in 1996 with a major in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Immediately following graduation, I passed my real estate exam and began my sales career with personal real estate investments following soon thereafter. Over the course of my investment career I have invested predominately in single family homes. I have generally used both self-funding and readily available traditional lending as a source of capital. As we are making the strategic move to multifamily we need to expand our private capital raising efforts to locate more of the approximately $1 trillion dollars available in private capital. Multifamily is much more a team sport. We look to partner with quality individuals with private capital available who seek private opportunities to be involved in real estate as both pure lenders and/or equity partners. On our smaller, shorter deals, like single family acquisitions, we utilize private funding with great returns. On our larger deals we offer great returns which also may include equity positions.
